What is the return policy?
The goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let me know and I will do my best to work with you to make it right.
Are the Luxe Beads Waterproof?
Luxe Paper Beads are rolled by hand and customized one by one. They are coated in UV resin for durability and shine. If they were to get wet, they will survive. These beads, like myself, do not know how to swim, so best to avoid over doing it.
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
